Character Effects

A few examples of status effects that can happen to the player or enemies.

  • Bleeding – Target takes extra damage over a few turns.
  • Poison – Target takes extra damage over time, and the effect can be cumulative.
  • Immobilized – Target cannot move.
  • Disabled – Target cannot act.
  • Blind – Target cannot see. Blind enemies can still move and may approach your last known location.
  • Soaked – Certain electrical items will not work when wet. Also reduces your ability to dodge.
  • Alcohol – Increases your will, but reduces your dexterity, intelligence, and charisma.
  • Caffeine – Increases your dexterity and intelligence, but decreases your will and charisma.
  • Tobacco – Increases your charisma but decreases your will.
